Weight Calibration includes adjustment

1. If a weight cannot be calibrated or certified, customer will be contacted with a cost estimate for repair or replacement unless the statement below is checked.

I would like any out of tolerance non-adjustable weights replaced automatically after As-Found testing.

I would like my weight case replaced.

2. Documentation Required:

A2LA Certificate (ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited)
Calibration Certificate (Provides NIST Traceability not valid for ISO17025)

3. Shipping

Inbound shipping to METTLER TOLEDO can be provided via DHL 2nd Day service using the provided shipping label. I understand these shipping charges will be added to my invoice.
