In this talk, Luis Manuel Peña-Pérez will discuss digital transformation and automation in metrology and the advances they will bring, such as improving the speed and accuracy of mass measurements, facilitating quality control in manufacturing processes, and enabling rapid decision-making and troubleshooting. He will explain the development by the Mass and Density Directorate at CENAM of automated systems for the mass calibration process, from the measurements to the issuance of the Digital Calibration Certificate (DCC).
