DST Sampling Technology

Sample Any Chemistry Under Any Condition

Real time, in-situ reaction monitoring demands the utmost in probe robustness and reproducibility to assure usability in a wide range of reaction conditions. Expertise in probe design and choice of materials of construction are critical for assurance of chemical and physical compatibility without the risk of sensor fouling.

DST Sampling Technology is a direct insertion probe or micro flow cell capable of sampling chemistry under any conditions using a sensor made of diamond or silicon. An integrated temperature sensor allows for verification of process conditions and enhanced reaction understanding. Wetted materials are typically Hastelloy® C22 and gold, with others available on request.

When connected to ReactIR, ReactIR DST Sampling Technology enables reaction monitoring and analysis of even the most difficult chemistry including:

  • Corrosive media
  • Acidic conditions
  • Caustic chemistries
  • Abrasive slurries

Combine the extensive chemical and physical resistance with a broad range of compatible temperatures and pressures for enhanced in-situ sampling of the widest scope of chemistries. Established DiComp™ and SiComp™ technology has been proven with thousands of applications worldwide in a lab or production scale.
